How to Use 11101-000016 Child AED Pads

Store these pediatric pads inside your AED case so they are ready when needed. If a child has cardiac arrest, first remove the adult pads. Then, connect the pediatric set with the pink plug. Check the connection on the AED screen first. Then, follow the device’s instructions.

Once you open the pad packaging, place one pad on your chest and the other on your back, directly on bare skin. The AED will help you with CPR and rhythm analysis. If a shock is needed, it will tell you to press the shock button.
