Courses
CPR & AED
This short 3-hour course gives a two-year CPR/AED certification. It teaches vital life-saving techniques for adults, children, and infants. It includes choking response, proper AED use, and safe barrier device handling. You’ll learn through practical instruction. After finishing, students get a certification card, a reference guide, and a CPR pocket mask keychain.
CPR, AED & First Aid
This 5-hour program offers a two-year CPR/AED and First Aid certification. It combines key resuscitation techniques with hands-on emergency care skills. Participants learn CPR, use an AED, and handle common injuries and illnesses. They also prepare for environmental emergencies. This training helps them respond effectively until professional help arrives.
Stop The Bleed
This one-hour course teaches how to handle severe bleeding emergencies. Participants will gain essential skills from the Stop the Bleed initiative. Often combined with CPR or First Aid training, it offers hands-on practice. You’ll learn to use tourniquets, wound packing, chest seals, and direct pressure techniques. Each session also includes a complimentary Stop the Bleed kit.
OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens
This one-hour course certifies you in bloodborne pathogens awareness. It’s often done with CPR or First Aid training. This training meets OSHA requirements and includes site-specific instructions. It emphasizes safe practices to avoid exposure to blood and infectious materials. This helps participants protect themselves and others.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING
This 1.5-hour course mixes classroom learning with live-fire practice. It meets OSHA and NFPA standards for annual fire extinguisher training. Participants learn the basics of fire safety. They cover fire types, prevention, and hazard awareness. They also practice using extinguishers on controlled flames. This happens with advanced training equipment.
